Beginning this week, NAR's Public Awareness Advertising Campaign will debut a new television ad, "Housewarming." The ad reinforces the value of the temporary $8,000 tax credit. It urges first-time home buyers and those who have not owned a home in the past three years to contact a REALTOR. Since March, NAR has been running both TV and radio spots that highlight the tax credit, and we will continue to focus on this important incentive for the remainder of 2009
